Every weekend, I feel obligated to make myself a wholesome healthy meal that can satisfy my taste and health. Maybe I should post these sudden flash of idea so that next time when I'm hungry and yet doesn't want to eat unhealthy hawker food or outside food, I can grab stuff from my stash and whip up something.
What you see here is:
1. 1 slice of break from Sun Moulin with a slice of butter and garlic minced, and toast in a oven toaster.
2. 2 handful of spring mix herb salad (organic triple wash) dress in a dash of organic red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with a wee bit of honey. Take a little a put it in bread, the rest by side of bread.
3. Lay with 3 slice of honey bake ham. I bought only shave pieces. 100am last me 4 meal of salad.
4. Top with 3 slice of black pepper smoke duck breast from cold storage. Again that piece I bought lasted me 4 meal of salad. I microwave it about 45 seconds.
5. Poach egg on top. Cook with a wee bit of vinegar in simmering water.
6. Side of plate is salad, 7 balls of cherry tomatoes, 3 extra slice of duck breast. I use peasant cheese to garnish. Not too much, just use a bit.
All these us too much for a meal for me actually since my sleeve gastrectomy in July 2012. 20% into breakfast I'm full. I spend 2 hours finishing it with a cuppa of vietnam coffee in artificial sweetener and fresh milk.
Can't resist the watery egg yolk. :P
